How To Complete The Survey
The customer survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- After you visited a Metro grocery store and made a purchase, go online to https://metrosurvey.ca.
- Enter the survey access code located at the bottom of your receipt and click “Start Survey”.
- Follow the directions to answer all questions.
- Select if you would like to participate in the Contest.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of Ontario, Canada who has reached the age of 18 years old at the time he/she enters the Contest.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM on September 29, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 AM on September 27, 2025.
- Limit: No more than one Entry during any 7-day period. Limit of 4 Entres per eligible person, during the Contest Period.
- Prize(s): There are 12 Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of $1,000 in Metro gift cards.
