The FoodBasics Feedback will take just a few minutes to complete. If you are new at this, make sure to read our survey guide first. If you are ready then, here are the steps to get started.
- Go online to https://foodbasicsfeedback.com.
- Select “I Visited A Store” or “I Made My Purchase Online”.
- Enter the code found on your receipt.
- Click “Start Survey”.
- Follow the instruction to complete a brief survey.
- Once the survey is completed, enter the Contest as directed.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada who has reached the age of 18 years old at the time he/she enters the Contest.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on September 28, 2025 ands ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on September 26, 2026.
- Limit: No more than four (4) Entry Forms/Entries into the Contest during any Monthly Period.
- Prize(s): $1,000 in Metro gift cards. ARV of each Prize is $1,000.
