The customer survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- Get started by visiting https://tellfoodland.com or http://atlantic.foodland.ca/myfoodland once you have made a purchase at Foodland.
- Enter information from your receipt as directed. This includes Date, Time, Maika’i #, and survey code printed at the bottom of your receipt.
- Complete the survey within 14 days following your purchase.
- Upon completion of this survey, you will receive 200 Maika’i points (Limit 200 points every 30 days).
