How To Complete The Survey At Survey.Walmart.ca

The customer satisfaction survey will take just a few minutes to complete. If you are new at this, make sure to read our survey guide first. If you are ready then, here are the steps to get started.

1. Make a purchase at a participating Walmart Canada retail location.
2. Go online to https://survey.walmart.ca within 14 days after the Visit Date printed of your receipt.
3. Select the option that best describes the primary reason for your Walmart visit (Grocery & General Merchandise, Health & Wellness, or Returns)
4. Enter the Visit Date, Store #, and TC/TX # as they appear on your receipt.
5. Complete the survey, and click the “Submit” button.

Contest Rules

• Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.
• Contest Period: Begins on February 1, 2025 and ends on January 31, 2026.
• Limit: There is a limit of one entry per receipt.
• Prize(s): One Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000.
• Mail in Entry: On a postcard (no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches), hand write your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age and mail with proper and sufficient postage to 2026 Walmart Canada Survey Sweepstakes, 4104 Fairview Street Unit 227 Burlington, Ontario L7L 4Y8.
