- If you have made a purchase in-store at a participating Mark’s store, you will be given a receipt that includes a link to a survey or receive an invitation with a link via email to complete a survey.
- Visit www.marks-survey.com, if you made a purchase at Mark’s.
- To begin the Marks survey, enter the survey code located at the bottom of your receipt and click “Begin Survey” to login.
- Take the survey by answering all questions asked.
- Indicate if you’d like to enter the Contest for a chance to win.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Canada and be 18 years of age or older in his/her province or territory at time of entry.
- Contest Period: The Contest starts at 12:01 a.m. MST on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST
- Limit: Limit of one Entry per person per Banner per Entry Period.
