How To Complete The Survey
The customer survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- Once you’ve made a purchase at Super C, head to https://supercsondage.ca/en/.
- Click either “I visited a store” or “I made my order online”.
- Enter the survey code that appear a the bottom of your receipt and click “Start Survey”.
- Based on your most recent visit to Super C, answer all questions from the customer survey.
- Choose if you’d like to participate in the Contest or not.
- Click on “Submit” to send your answers.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of Quebec who has reached the age of 18 years old at the time he/she enters the Contest.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on September 29, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 27, 2025.
- Limit: No eligible person is allowed to submit more than one Entry Form into the Sweepstakes during any 7-day period. There is a limit of 4 Entry Form submissions per eligible person, during the Contest Period.
- Prize(s): There are 12 Prizes available to be won in the Contest. Each Prize consists of a $1,000 CDN in Super C gift cards. ARV $1,000 CDN.
