The customer satisfaction survey survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- Once you visited a participating Adonis store, keep your receipt and look for the survey code at the bottom of it.
- Visit the website https://surveyadonis.ca to share your feedback.
- Enter your code and click “Begin Survey”.
- Take the brief survey as instructed.
- At the end of the survey, select if you wish to enter the prize draw and fill out the entry form.
- Click the “Submit” button to confirm your participation.
What Is The Adonis Survey Prize?
There are 36 Prizes available to be won in the Contest. Each Prize consists of a $200 in Adonis gift cards. ARV $200.

Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of Quebec or Ontario who has reached the age of majority at the time he/she enters the Contest.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026.
- Limit: No eligible person is allowed to submit more than one Entry Form into the Sweepstakes during any 7-day period. There is a limit of 4 Entry Form submissions per eligible person, during the Contest Period.
